A warm welcome, a chilly room

The housekeeping team was exceptional, always leaving our room spotless and fresh. I especially appreciated their attention to detail. The security guard's cheerful demeanor was a delightful start to each day.

However, the front desk experience was less than ideal. The receptionist was unwelcoming and made check-in frustrating, overshadowing the positives of my stay.

I had a pleasant stay here. The location made getting to the beach and a nearby night market super easy. The room felt cozy, although a bit small for my liking. I appreciated the strong, friendly service from the staff. They were eager to help with recommendations which made exploring Hua Hin simple. However, the limited selection at breakfast left me wanting more variety. I also noticed some noise from adjacent rooms. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The pool area was a nice spot to unwind after a day out, though it could use some more seating.

I picked this place for a quick trip in Hua Hin and it turned out to be a good value. The hotel was neat and clean. It’s just a five-minute walk to the beach. If you're looking for breakfast, arrive early as options are limited later.

There are great options for relaxation at the outdoor pool and sun loungers to chill on. The only downside was some noise from other guests, but it didn’t ruin our great time! 😊

I had a great 2-night stay in the family room, especially loving the spacious layout and the PS4 for the kids! The pool was nice and clean, perfect for relaxation. Breakfast was decent but could use more variety each day.

The check-in process was confusing and unhelpful. I had to ask where the restaurant and pool were, which is unusual. My key card stopped working without any apology, which added to my frustration.

I genuinely enjoyed the warm atmosphere and cleanliness throughout Ibis Hua Hin. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, making sure all my needs were met and providing helpful recommendations. The lobby and pool area were both bright and easily accessible.

The sunset from my balcony was a stunning sight. The check-in process was efficient and quick, making my arrival pleasant.

The room could have been more spacious.

The Family Room was decent, with a king bed and a bunk bed for kids, but the pillows were way too soft. I liked that there was a PS4 for entertainment, though we had to get games from the front desk. The room felt a bit cramped with four people, and they didn't give us enough towels. The area was quiet since we were at the end of the corridor, which was nice. Overall, it met our needs for a family stay, but it could be better.

our stay at ibis was comfortable, with a prime location near the beach and a lively night market just 5 minutes away by tuk-tuk. the outdoor pool was a nice spot to relax. the staff were incredibly warm and always willing to assist us with recommendations and directions.
